Manuscript requirements:
(1) The research content should be innovative and have scientific argumentation, clear themes, rigorous reasoning, accurate vocabulary, refined sentences, standard simplified characters used, and comply with national legal units of measurement, number usage, punctuation symbols, and other standards.
(2) The journal only publishes articles that have not been published previously and are not under review for publication elsewhere. To guarantee the right of authorship and intellectual property rights, authors and the project leader should sign (check) the "Journal Publishing Agreement". The editorial office of this journal has the right to modify the text of submitted articles and has the copyright of the published manuscripts.
(3) Typography requirements: Please strictly follow the latest template of the website typography, with a double-column layout of 6-10 pages; review articles should have more pages. The manuscript should be typeset in Word\WPS or other higher versions, the formula should be typeset in Mathtype, and the table should be arranged in a three-line table (please don't replace the table with a picture).
Online submission procedure:
(1) Author registration;
(2) View submission instructions;
(3) View the Journal Publishing Agreement;
(4) Fill in the manuscript information;
(5) Fill in the author information;
(6) Upload the manuscript and attachments.
Notes for submission:
The external review of papers shall be double blind peer review. The suitable manuscript will be sent to 2-3 reviewers in related fields for peer review. The reviewers will refer to top journals at home and abroad to conduct a comprehensive valuation and give comments according to the innovation, scientific quality, value, advancement in methodology and argumentation adequacy of the manuscript.Note the following for specific submissions.
(1) The content with * must be filled in mandatorily.
(2) Each article needs a contributing author and a corresponding author, who can be the same person. The supervisor must sign master student articles as the first author and the student may sign as the second or corresponding author.
(3) To improve the efficiency of the external review of manuscripts, please ask the author to recommend suitable experts for the reference of the editorial office. At least two experts need to be recommended. There is no limit to filling in more.
(4) Fill in all signed authors one by one, and the acceptance notice is printed according to the name of the signed author.
Manuscript process:
(1) After uploading the corresponding manuscript, the author will receive a submission notification automatically sent by the system;
(2) After the manuscript passes the initial review, the author will be noticed with the receiving notification from the initial review editor;
(3) Peer review;
(4) Editing the manuscript approved;
(5) The final decision on the acceptance of a manuscript is made by the chief editor in the final review;
(6) The author pays the page charge, waiver of page charges for invited articles;
(7) Manuscripts are firstly published online, then the paper journal is published.;
(8) The manuscripts submitted to domestic and foreign literature index institutions and online;
(9) About half a month after publication, the editorial office will send the paper journal to the first author or corresponding author.
Publication charges:
(1) Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay an article processing fee, which may be paid by the author, the author's affiliation , or supporting funding programs. The charge is calculated based on the length of the manuscript and generally does not exceed RMB 3,000.
(2) Charge Waiver Policy: Commissioned (invited) manuscripts are exempt from publication charges.
Note: The review period of this journal is about 1-2 months. The progress of the manuscript can be checked by sending an email to bjb@djtu.edu.cn. Suppose the author receives notice from the editorial office after 60 days of submission, which is when summer vacation and winter vacation will be postponed. In that case, they may process the manuscript and notify the editorial office. Please only submit one journal for the same manuscript during the same period. The author shall be solely responsible for the confidentiality submissions.
