To promote academic exchange and the rapid dissemination and sharing of research results, the Journal of Dalian Jiaotong University allows readers to access article content for free. All published articles will be immediately and permanently available for free reading and downloading by all. Since the first issue of 2021, it has been converted to open access. After publication, readers can immediately download and access all content from the journal's website for free. Papers published before 2020 are not yet subject to open access.
1.The PDF versions of the papers published in this journal are immediately available in full text through the journal's website (https://dltd.cbpt.cnki.net), and the processing fee for open access articles is not charged for the time being.
2.Encourage and support the author or the author's institution to store the author's published papers in the journal to the knowledge base of the author's institution or the author's personal website to implement the open access, the stored version should be the final version published in our journal.
3.The open-access papers in this journal are only for free downloading, reading, dissemination and preservation for the purpose of education and scientific research. Anyone using the authors' papers should accurately label the authors and the publication information of the papers.
4.Any agreement signed by the journal with database vendors or third parties will encourage and support self-storage by the authors and their organizations.
5.This journal will further promote the deepening and expansion of open access publishing, and actively explore the diversified display, access and utilization of research results.
6.The Journal is willing to strengthen communication and cooperation with the industry, continuously improve the open access publishing policies and measures, strengthen the sharing and cooperation in the construction of journal resources, operation modes, tool platforms, author training, etc., and jointly safeguard the interests of all parties involved in the open access, and promote the enhancement of the academic influence of the research results.
